Collaboration was the word of the day on Tuesday. What an great event at Kings College, bringing together all who can impact the construction industry.
When you bring people together in a room who are committed to change and impact – it hits different.
At the Building Better Futures event, Women in Construction Anglia and Constructed Pathways showed the power of bridging the gap between education and industry. Hearing real stories from those already changing their lives by stepping into construction reminded us why this matters.
But collaboration alone isn’t enough. No change happens with short-termism. The construction industry needs lasting value, and the creation of real pathways.
A great job well done to the Friel team, WiCA, and Constructed Pathways for bringing education and industry together.
And what a venue!!
