- Or by saying yes to an opportunity that looked nothing like what you expected
With demand for skilled workers rising across East Anglia, career entry routes are evolving fast, and we need to make sure they’re open, visible, and welcoming to everyone, especially women.
But even now, too many still say, “I didn’t know this was even an option for me.”
