On Tuesday 30th September, WiCA joined forces with Constructed Pathways for the Building Better Futures event – an inspiring day dedicated to collaboration, connection, and creating long-term impact.
The room was filled with energy and commitment. We heard powerful real-life stories from women who have already begun changing their lives by stepping into the construction industry, as well as clear calls to bridge the gap between education and employment.
Collaboration was the word of the day – and it came with a shared understanding that lasting change doesn’t happen through short-term projects, but through long-term value and commitment.
A huge well done to the Constructed Pathways and Friel team for bringing people together to spark real momentum.
